Sweet Potato Protocol

Sweet Potato is a Beta Carotene Super Food

Here is a great source of beta carotene, equal to cooked carrots, that among other great things will help improve your vision. Eat this with FAT.

The answer to this conundrum is they used a toxic supplement in the testing. You cannot supplement beta carotene, this supplement was MADE by big pharma et al. NOT God

Sweet potatoes are LOADED with nutrition; be sure to eat the nutritious skin. IMO one of our biggest health problems is getting enough Vitamin A to satisfy our MANY needs for vitamin A. I have long used cooked carrots for this NEED, Sweet Potatoes can fill this need just as well.

Your body stores the beta carotene and when it needs one of the dozens of vitamin A products it will convert the beta carotene into this Vitamin A product.

     

Both Cooked Carrots and Sweet Potatoes Provide LOTS of Beta Carotene and Other Carotenoids

Eat a few pounds of these excellent sources of beta carotene/week and you will satisfy your requirements for beta carotene, vitamin A and the at least 750 member family of CAROTINES. Both cooked carrots and sweet potatoes contain about the same amounts of beta carotene gram for gram and are heads and tails above most other beta carotene sources. Romaine Lettuce contains over one half the beta carotene as these two power houses.

Sweet Potatoes are a good substitute for cooked carrots; both contain about the same amount of beta carotene per ounce.

    

Make sure you get a Sweet Potato and NOT a Yam

Yams are vastly nutritionally inferior to sweet potatoes; in fact yams contain little beta carotene.
