“There is an increase of awareness in the role of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish and fish oils and aid in the prevention and management of heart diseases. This can help reduce your risk of developing an abnormal heartbeat; which can lead to heart problems and even sudden death. Greater than half of all sudden death from cardiac causes have no history of cardiovascular disease. In fact, over 40% of all heart attack victim autopsies show clear coronary vessels. Clearly, there is much more going on than the simple "cholesterol kills" hypothesis. It is interesting to note that the first and most common sign of cardiovascular disease in post-menopausal women is death. Yes, death. In other words, there are no signs or symptoms.” Doctor Michael Lam MD
“An individual who is prone to anger is about
three times more likely to suffer a heart attack or sudden cardiac death as
someone who is least prone to anger.” Williams et al
“A study of 2800 men over 55 showed even minor depression
can increase cardiac deaths by 60%, while major depression can triple deaths.
Stress response to depression seems to trigger chronically high cortisol levels.” Pennix et al
“A variety of cardiac arrhythmias have been associated with magnesium
dis-equilibrium, including ventricular tachycardias, fibrillations, and ectopic
beats. Coronary spasm is also a major pathogenic feature of hypo-magnesemia. For patients with variant angina, 24-hour magnesium
retention after intravenous magnesium loading was 60%, while it was only 36% in
control subjects. Substantial evidence has associated magnesium deficiency with
sudden cardiac death, a condition that claims 300,000 lives every year.” Doctor Michael Lam MD
“Sudden Cardiac Death
(SCD), which researchers believe is heavily associated with aspartame
consumption, is a leading cause of death which, according to the CDC, killed
460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising.” Doctor Rima E. Laibow
"Risk factors for Sudden Cardiac Death include atherosclerotic heart disease, cardiomyopathies, abnormalities in the electrical pathways of the heart, toxins and low magnesium levels. People who had the highest levels of magnesium in their blood had a 40 percent reduction in the risk of SCD compared to those whose blood magnesium levels where at the low end of the reference range.” Doctor Patrick B. Massey, MD, PhD
"Harvard researchers found people with total omega 3 levels above 8.1% of their total fatty acids were 90% less likely to die of sudden cardiac death than those with 4.3% or lower." Life Extension, Note conversely those at 4.3 were ten times more likely
“Researchers found that among nearly 87,000
Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD), which researchers have shown is often associated with aspartame consumption, is a leading cause of death. According to the CDC, SCD killed 460,000 Americans in 1999 and the numbers keep rising annually.
Anger and depression is often associated with SCD. IMO these negative emotions as well as poisons such as aspartame and vaccination often deplete nutrients which can cause a heart to stop beating; the classic broken heart. SCD is often just based on nutrient deficiency. All of these are easy to prevent.
It
has been said that many sudden deaths following vaccination can be prevented by sufficient vitamin C and vitamin A reserves (or
supplementation) but we should
probably take a good look at magnesium as a crucial factor in SID. In
adults it has been seen how high levels of mercury in the heart becomes
dangerous. Since deficient magnesium and high levels of mercury are related;
childhood vaccines would be especially dangerous to administer in children
deficient in magnesium.

"EPA and DHA provide virtually unrivalled heart health defense. They can prevent and even reverse cardiovascular disease by increasing levels of artery-cleaning HDL in the blood. They reduce harmful triglycerides and very low density lipoproteins and prevent sudden cardiac death." Life Extension
Clearly the Omega EFAs to include DHA and EPA are key players in your heart function. Just another reason to make SURE you are getting sufficient amounts of this key nutrient.
Magnesium and SCD
"Having high plasma magnesium also appeared to be
protective against sudden cardiac death, with those whose levels were among
the highest top 25 percent at over 2.1 milligrams per deciliter experiencing
a 77 percent lower adjusted risk compared to those in the lowest 25
percent.”
Higher
magnesium levels linked with lower risk of sudden cardiac death

Sulfur and SCD
"In this way [sun exposure], your skin will produce cholesterol sulfate, which will then flow freely through the blood—not packaged up inside LDL—and therefore your liver doesn't have to make so much LDL. So the LDL goes down. In fact... there is a complete inverse relationship between sunlight and cardiovascular disease – the more sunlight, the less cardiovascular disease." Doctor Stephanie Seneff PhD
Doctor Stephanie Seneff PhD makes a persuasive case for your bodies running low on sulfur, in the form of cholesterol sulfate, as a cause of SCD. Your heart needs a continuous sufficient supply of sulfur. You can get rid of this potential or existing problem by supplying your body with LOTS of cholesterol, sulfur and sunshine which produces cholesterol sulfate.
Anger and SCD
“An individual who is prone to anger is about three times more likely to suffer a heart attack or sudden cardiac death as someone who is least prone to anger.” Williams et al
IMO anger may put a sharply increased load on you heart
and any chronic underlying problem
