Fast Food, Fast way to your GRAVE
"I've been telling you to avoid processed foods for years. They're killing you. But if there's one food that is perhaps worse than just about all others, it's the potato chip. We can't blame acrylamide for all the damage potato chips cause. Potato chips are boiled in oil. That oil automatically oxidizes (it becomes rancid). Rancid oils are the real culprit in promoting the inflammation of atherosclerosis. If you do anything at all regarding your diet, start with eliminating fried foods and foods containing heated oil. eating nothing but McDonald's for one month finally paid off for Morgan Spurlock,
writer of the documentary “Super Size Me”; he was presented the Writers Guild
of America award for documentary screenplay. Prior
to his experiment, Morgan Spurlock was highly fit and athletic, weighing 185
pounds. After going on a one month “McDonald's diet," Spurlock gained 25 pounds and
looked absolutely terrible. He suffered from fatigue, headaches and
indigestion; his cholesterol levels were high and he suffered from uric acid
and chemical hepatitis. It is amazing what massive amounts of very
unhealthy ingredients will do to you in only a month

Fast food marketers spent an
estimated $15 billion in 2002 on marketing aimed at children. They seek to push
their low-nutrient high toxin "foods" into the heads of children so that they in turn pester
their parents to buy the products. And their ploys appear to be working as one
out of every four American children are now seriously overweight
(See Overweight Protocol) or at risk of becoming overweight. Well what about basically
healthy foods like salads and hamburgers? The problem here is the Fast Food
industry uses very unhealthy inexpensive ingredients in ALL their menu items including
salads. MSG (See MSG Protocol), transfats
(See Transfat Protocol), HFCS (See
HFCS Protocol), white flour (See White Flour Protocol), sugar
(See Sugar
Protocol), table salt (See Salt Protocol), preservatives and many other
chemicals are found in EVERY item including salads. The Fast Food industry
makes their money by selling cheap “food” that contains even cheaper
ingredients. Many of these ingredients are not fit to eat IMO. I cross the street when
passing a Fast Food joint. I do this for many reasons. I really do cross the
street (See Bad Habits Protocol). Provided there is no danger from traffic you
may want to also IMO.
