Viagra the drug has many downsides. Going blind and to the hospital with an erection that will not deflate are but two. Young healthy men are taking Viagra in hopes of getting an erection so hard it will explode (joke). Folks there are better ways.

Here are some steps a man or woman can take to increase his or her sexual desire and capacity. They will improve your love life as well as other aspects of your life. First make sure your estrogen levels are not too high this applies to women as well as men.  Men as well as women need  testosterone. Nettle (See Nettle Protocol) and Tribulus (See Tribulus Protocol) really work for me.

IMO it is important for a man to take some supplemental zinc, say 20 mg or so for every ejaculation he is pleasured with. You do not want to run low in zinc if you want to remain active in the bedroom and many of us are low in zinc to begin with.

Also good for sexual function

Magnesium chloride oil (See Magnesium Chloride Oil Protocol) often produces systemic excitation. It also has a strong local effect, which is easily experienced when applied to sore muscles. After too much research I have found there are FEW good safe ways to lower a man's libido. Most ways involve a lowering of testosterone which is usually, a good sex oriented doctor can tell you about your situation, devastating for both men and women; involved eating awful "foods" or dangerous toxic drugs. Plenty of common drugs will lower libido and make you feel terrible at the same time. So what works salubriously? EXERCISE to exhaustion MAY work for you.

So What is the Message?

Sex seems to be intrinsically a PART of an average healthy life. If you are healthy with a good relation with your partner you probably WILL have a strong sex drive. In fact I am coming to see a strong sex drive as a MARKER for good health, given a good opportunity for sex.

Find and/or convince your partner to have good healthy sex; flowers and hundreds of other LITTLE things can usually do it. I have yet to meet a woman who does not get aroused by a twenty or so minutes of "tongue work"; forget YOU for a little while; yeah it will get you too.
