Sunshine Protocol

 

The simple primal act of getting LOTS of the high noon sun on your bare “unprotected” skin in large amounts just may be the most important single thing you can do for your health. If the sun casts a shadow longer than you are tall you cannot make adequate vitamin D from the sun. Don’t Be Afraid of MOTHER SUN

 

“Since 1974, the increase of polyunsaturated fats has been blamed for the alarming increase in malignant melanoma (skin cancer) in Australia. (12) We are all told that the sun causes it. Are Australians going out in the sun any more now than they were fifty years ago? They are certainly eating more polyunsaturated oils: in Australia in 1995 I saw that even the cream on milk was removed and replaced with vegetable oil. Victims of the disease have been found to have polyunsaturated oils in their skin cells. Polyunsaturated oils are oxidized readily by ultra-violet radiation from the sun and form harmful 'free radicals'. These are known to damage the cell's DNA and this can lead to the deregulation we call cancer. Saturated fats are stable. For the millions of years that the human race has developed people have spent their entire waking lives in the sun; it has only been in the last two hundred years or so that many of us have worked indoors. Our bodies have developed the means to protect us from the harmful aspects of the sun's rays. To say the sun is harmful to humans is clearly beyond ridiculous. The evidence clearly demonstrates that sunshine is PROTECTIVE against melanoma. Why the big lie from the Medical Industry that sunshine  causes melanoma?

Why do They want to Keep US out of Mother Sun?

Someone way up the food chain wants to keep us out of the sun. Why? They have succeeded; almost 99% of us have sub-optimal levels of vitamin D (See Vitamin D Protocol) in our bodies. Yes even those of us in sun blasted areas like Florida and Arizona have low levels of the critical vitamin D. This has proved disastrous for our health. Lack of Sunshine Causes One Million Deaths a Year

In the last 100 years our exposure to the sun has gone down drastically while our incidence of skin cancer has gone up significantly. Why? About 1500 people a year in the US die of melanoma while Doctor Grant estimates 200,000 to 300,000 of us die of all forms of cancer due to too low vitamin D levels. Taking into account very few of the melanoma deaths are from the sun; are we insane? For every death from skin cancer due to excess UV IMO many 1000s of us die from cancer and other diseases due to insufficient UVB.

Study: Many sunscreens increase skin cancer risk, FDA has known for a decade but done nothing

  • Screen out UVB eliminating most vitamin D production

  • Until very recently did NOT screen out UVA permitting deep burning increasing skin cancer and photoageing

  • Use has increased 18 fold since 1972 and incidence of melanoma has tripled Now dear people what does this tell you? The sun has gotten three times stronger and sunscreen is worthless? Or does sunscreen promote melanoma? Doctor Cannell thinks this might be so. So do I.

Get out in the SUN; Get Brown; Get Naked!

“I strongly recommend optimizing your vitamin D levels with appropriate amounts of sun exposure because when your skin is exposed to the sun, in addition to creating vitamin D3 it also synthesizes high amounts of vitamin D sulfate and cholesterol sulfate—both of which are very important for heart- and cardiovascular health. In fact, research by Dr. Stephanie Seneff suggests that heart disease may be a symptom of cholesterol sulfate deficiency, and healthy cholesterol and sulfur levels are both highly dependent on your vitamin D levels. The bottom line is all of us need some sun and almost ALL of us need to get out in the sun a LOT. Once we have developed a good tan us men can strip off our shirts at will. The women must wear a scanty breast covering, I guess, although if I were a woman I would go topless, at least in the woods.  As it is I have the cops showing up at my door for wearing too little in an attempt to maximize my sun exposure.

The sun is capable of doing damage to your body. This damage can be gauged by the redness of your skin during and after exposure to the sun. The redder your skin the more sun has penetrated deeply and caused free radical damage.
