Diet Soda Overeating Dynamics

  • Early man had few of the sweet foods we have today
  • Almost all sweet foods were safe to eat; a big problem back then
  • You crave sweetness
  • Aspartame, sucralose, or any artificial sweetener, over-stimulates your sweetness receptors
  • Naturally sweet foods like fruit don’t taste as good to you.
  • Vegetables lose their appeal, because they’re not sweet
  • When your body detects sweetness it expects carbs to accompany the sweetness
  • After a diet drink you get a surge in hormones, like insulin
  • The falsely sweet diet drink has tricked your body into producing insulin
  • No carbs accompanies the diet drink

As we see above "diet" soft drinks actually cause you to pack on the pounds. This is just one terrible aspect of these poisons. Aspartame is for example a neuro-toxin. Folks please drink WATER; good water of course. You can flavor water with hundreds of GOOD things; lemon is great for your health; try a few cloves a powerful anti-oxidant.

If you put a gun to my head and forced me to choose between a sugared soft drink and a diet soda I would choose the sugar. Then of course I would throw the crap away as soon as you looked away. LOL!
