"I am not a fan of milk in most instances. That's because its major protein, casein, is highly allergenic and in some cases, possibly outright damaging. But milk's other protein, whey, is much different, and I often recommend it as a supplement. And I've seen it work miracles in some cases. Combining whey protein with a carnitine supplement (500 mg, two to three times daily) might be your best bet. Be sure that your whey supplement is "undenatured." "Oxysterols are the harmful oxidized form of cholesterol that can cause plaque to form on artery walls. Oxysterols are not only created by homocysteine, they are found in some processed foods like powered milk and eggs, re-heated lard and gelatin products. They are found in french fried potatoes, potato chips, donuts, and other deep fried food. When hamburgers and eggs are cooked at high heat they produce oxysterols. Cook your food at a lower flame to avoid these pro-oxidants."    Doctor Nan Fuchs PhD, Note powered milk is commonly added to 1% and 2% milk fat milk which is usually created from skim milk.

One hundred percent of humans are allergic to casein, a milk protein. IMO only raw goat or cow’s milk is worth considering drinking. Raw milk that is not filled with drug antibiotics (See Antibiotic Protocol), hormones and other poisons; raw milk from free-range grass fed goats or cows, can (See Food Allergies Protocol) be a VERY healthy food for most young people. Pasteurizing milk destroys all the enzymes and bacteria designed to digest the milk proteins and to add nutrition to the milk; it also denatures the proteins themselves causing them to be highly allergenic for MANY people. Your body has problems digesting some of these proteins such as casein, without these natural milk enzymes, most people CANNOT digest them at all.
