It's up to YOU
Once you become actively
engaged in questioning the basis of your health, once you take SOLE
responsibility for YOUR health, many doors will open for you.
You will discard piece
by piece the propaganda and myth you have been fed all your life as you
critically examine the basis of YOUR health. This propaganda and myth will be replaced with more trusted
data. Soon you will have a group of VERY trusted health data. This data will be
trusted because YOU have independently verified and cross-verified it.
Change when You MUST
However trusted this data
will never be complete and some of it will HAVE to be discarded as you discover
new data.
Not a day goes by without my revising, discarding or
questioning something. It’s the human
process we are not robots and will make incorrect choices. Most often these
incorrect choices are
based on incomplete or incorrect data. The mistakes often become apparent when
cross checking against other more trusted data.
Trust YOURSELF
If you invest some time on
this site your learning curve will be so steep you will not trust much of your
new knowledge for quite some time. This is natural. I could tell you about the
breadth and depth of the medical disinformation out there but it’s something
you will have to discover your self. Trust yourself, don’t trust us, don’t trust “The Medical
Establishment”, don’t trust “Government”, critically examine EVERYTHING. Yes
this is hard to do but trust me (A little joke) it gets easier after the
initial shock. After a few years you will “Trust” very few experts. OTOH you will discover some great
independent minded doctors, health professionals and experts who can be trusted. Trust but verify.
Your goal must be to keep
alive the possibilities for change and work towards better knowledge and
personalized protocols while realizing perfection cannot be attained. Listen to
