Glucose is metabolized in every cell in the body but all fructose must be
metabolized in the liver. The
livers of test animals fed large amounts of fructose develop fatty deposits and

High Fructose Corn Syrup is a man made product created from corn syrup. The molecular structure of the corn syrup is changed making at least 55% and as much as 85% of the HFCS into unbound fructose something your body does not know how to handle well in quantity. Unfortunately
for humankind HFCS is cheap; it mixes well with anything, tastes good and is an
ideal ingredient in food manufacturing; ideal if you don’t care about the
health of your customers.
