The B vitamins play a KEY role in your immune function and we are often told to get our B vitamins on a daily basis as being water soluble they are constantly being washed our of our bodies. Chlorophyll is found mostly in Green Leafy Vegetables.  Many people believe that like its mother, sunshine, chlorophyll should be considered an essential nutrient. Count me in.

It works for me and I often have dragon breath. Chlorophyll not only cleanses your breath but your WHOLE gastrointestinal tract including the end waste product. Taking your chlorophyll as a liquid often works better when supplementing. You will have to adjust your ingestion of your chlorophyll supplement for your situation;  a good slug one or two times a day usually works for me.

So are they so GOOD you could live on only them? For many weeks to months it appears you could. They would supply everything you need to live I’d guess for months. Their lack of fats would eventually get you. I have long noted that when I am eating mostly salads I drink far less water.
