Dairy Protocol

    

IMO it is best to totally avoid pasteurized and or homogenized milk based on its many documented health problems

Breast Feed Infants and young children as long as you are able. Mothers milk is the DESIGNED food for your infant. Raw enzyme and nutrient rich mother's milk is infinitely better for your young child than any formula. 

Raw Milk (See Milk Protocol)  and products from raw milk, from a free-range grass fed milk cow that is hormone free, unpasteurized and non-homogenized can be a very healthy food. Commercial farming of livestock often results in an unhealthy food product, whether that product is meat or milk.

   

Pasteurization

Pasteurizing milk denatures the enzymes that digest the milk proteins. without these enzymes many of us cannot properly digest the milk. This can cause many problems; many health professionals think many so-called autoimmune diseases have a root in denatured proteins. In the famous Pottenger experiments with cats and diet, 13 cats fed mostly on pasteurized milk all died within several months.  

   

Homogenization

Homogenizing milk suspends the fat in micro particles and releases proteins internal to the fat molecule that are foreign to your body. These can harm your arteries and may help start the infamous arterial plaque (See Arterial Plaque Protocol) formation.

The growth and other hormones in most milk interfere with your body. Antibiotics, pesticides and other drugs and chemicals used on the animal end up in the animal products. 

Cheese and butter avoid the homogenizing problems and thus are better choices than milk. However the pasteurizing, hormones, antibiotics, additives and excess calcium in cheese can still be a problem. Avoid these and cheese and butter are healthy foods.

    

Serious Problems are strongly associated with Supplemental, Excess and Dairy Calcium consumption

“There is a lot of calcium in most diets, and even a relatively small amount of calcium supplementation, taken on a regular basis, can result in undesirable, rocklike, nonbiologic deposits of calcium in the tissues,”  Doctor Thomas E. Levy

“Of 47,781 men those consuming between 1,500 and 1,999 mg of calcium per day had about double the risk of being diagnosed with metastatic (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body) prostate cancer as those getting 500 mg per day or less. And those taking in 2,000 mg or more calcium had over four times the risk of developing metastatic prostate cancer as those taking in less than 500 mg.” 1998 Harvard School of Public Health study

“High dietary levels of calcium, when vitamin D is insufficient, may contribute to calcification of the arteries, joints, kidney and perhaps even the brain.”   Fujita et al

“I think of osteoporosis as being the greatest misunderstood women’s health problem of modern times. Doctors have been pushing calcium on us for decades and osteoporosis continues to plague us. Excessive calcium contributes to arthritis and heart disease, diseases that have become more prevalent in women ever since calcium has been emphasized. Not only is calcium not the solution, in many cases it’s the problem.”  Doctor Nan Fuchs PhD, Women’s health specialist

“Without magnesium the elderly person taking calcium supplements is at risk of blood clots, heart attack and stroke. Long term magnesium deficiency leads to vitamin E deficiency, perhaps because vitamin E is used up in fending off the free radicals the magnesium deficiency lets in.” Doctor Ronald Klatz

“Diabetics experience buildup of underlying calcium in their arteries, which largely explains diabetic hypertension. Calcification of the inside wall of arteries induces coronary artery disease and hypertension, which can be measured by a CT scan, Rats that spontaneously develop hypertension exhibit calcified aortas (the aorta is the first blood vessel outside the heart). Once the aorta stiffens due to calcification, the heart must pump harder against this resistance, and hypertension develops.  Societies that consume the most calcium have the highest rates of cardiovascular disease.  Presently used calcium blocker drugs are not so satisfactory, but fortunately nature provides a component in whole grains IP6, which dissolves calcifications, but IP6 goes unused by modern medicine.Bill Sardi

Countries with the highest calcium to magnesium ratios (high calcium and low magnesium levels) in soil and water have the highest incidence of cardiovascular disease. At the top of the list is Australia. In contrast, in Japan with its low cardiac death rate, the daily magnesium intake was cited as high as 560 milligrams. The human populations that consume the most calcium tend to have the highest mortality rates in the world. The Scandinavian countries, the USA and New Zealand are the dairy consuming countries and mortality rates soar in these countries. In Japan where the consumption of calcium from dairy products is the lowest on the planet so are the mortality rates. Excess calcium also can serve as a cardiac irritant and can lead to cardiac arrhythmias (See Arrhythmia Protection Protocol). Most people get plenty of calcium in their diet. Their problem is getting the calcium correctly digested and absorbed by their bones and teeth, eating too much unbalanced animal protein and lack of exercise. GMO Dairy "foods" Can Produce Cancer IMO

Commercial dairy herds are mostly fed GMO soy and corn. This will introduce some GMO components into the milk, Pasture fed dairy cows perhaps supplemented with organic grains and hay is the only way I would drink unpasteurized, non-homogenized milk. I know this is difficult to achieve. that is probably why I do not drink milk. There is some good news here. Farmers are finding feeding GMO is yielding dead and non-fertile animals and are switching back to non-GMO feed.

When you eat a diet of mostly processed food, you are eating largely GMO Soybeans, GMO Corn, GMO sugar and GMO Canola, This is Proven to produce CANCER and MANY other problems. Please view the videos below to see how insane this is.

This GMO "food" will bring on health problems sooner rather than later. Likely you will visit your local sawbones. He will tell you "Ah yes you have digestive problems; take this drug." The toxic drug will not solve your problem and will introduce other perhaps larger problems. Just stopping the GMO crap will often solve MANY problems. If you are having any detoxification problems IMO seriously consider giving up ALL dairy for a few months  to see if it helps. Very often just eliminating dairy, wheat (See What Protocol) and gluten (See Gluten Protocol) will make a HUGE difference. With cancer you likely have a very acidic body state. Part of your cancer cure should be getting your acidic body state back to slightly basic. One way to do this is to AVOID all acidic foods. Five foods MANY people are allergic to and often have great results when they simply stop all ingestion are  1) GMO 2) sugar 3) dairy and 4) gluten found mostly in 5) wheat. GMO "foods" are actually in a special class all by  themselves; we are ALL allergic to these poisons and must ALL stop eating them.

If you are having any immune, auto-immune or allergy problems IMO you MUST cease eating these five as a part of your solution. The odds are well over 75% one or more of them are at least part of your problem.

   

IMO it is best to totally avoid pasteurized and or homogenized milk based on its many documented health problems. If you are having any immune or autoimmune problems or Autism, ASD, ADHA/ADD type problems, digestion problems or other difficult to understand and handle health problems try a complete cessation of all dairy products for a few months. MANY have found this helpful.

 

I use a good amount of butter and some goat cheese.
