most useful oils to prevent heart disease because of its antiviral and

The origins of the American
obesity epidemic can be traced to the 1970's when a reputed concerted campaign
against "harmful tropical oils" by Soybean interests led to the
elimination of Coconut Oil in virtually all commercial food. I remember well
this propaganda; it sure got me off those “Harmful Tropical Oils”. So now in
our baked goods instead of the very healthful Coconut Oil we have
the toxic transfat, and soybean products. What

Lauric acid is one of the very best fats. Lauric acid destroys viruses with a fatty coat such as HIV, flu, measles and many others. Lauric acid also destroys many bacteria and parasites such as giardia.

Being saturated fat it is
excellent for cooking and keeps well at room temperature for years. Coconut Oil
