Cholesterol Protocol

Don’t be afraid of Sunshine, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D or Cholesterol; learn their properties and safely and freely use these powerful health tools

If your doctor says these 5 words about your cholesterol. “LDL is the bad cholesterol” find another doctor. None of your basic body mechanisms are “Bad”.

BOTTOM LINE: LOTS of fiber,  vitamin E, vitamin C, antioxidants and continuous good levels of all the B vitamins will remove much of the risk currently attributed to “Bad Cholesterol”.

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery everyday. Never lose a holy curiosity."  Albert Einstein, Note applied to medicine Einstein is saying Clinical Experience trumps Medical Dogma every time, if the clinic disagrees with the dogma THROW the dogma, The corrupt establishment will not do this but we MUST

"First and foremost cholesterol is a vital component of every cell membrane on Earth. In other words, there is no life on Earth that can live without cholesterol. That will automatically tell you that, in of itself, it cannot be evil. In fact it is one of our best friends. We would not be here without it. No wonder lowering cholesterol too much increases one's risk of dying. Cholesterol also is a precursor to all of the steroid hormones. You cannot make estrogen, testosterone, cortisone, and a host of other vital hormones without cholesterol.”  Doctor Don Rosedale MD, widely considered to be the leading anti-aging doctor in the United State

“Dietary cholesterol contributes to the strength of the intestinal wall and helps babies and children develop a healthy brain and nervous system. Foods that contain cholesterol also provide many other important nutrients. Only oxidized cholesterol, found in powdered milk and eggs, contributes to heart disease. Powdered milk is added to 1% and 2% milk.”  Weston A. Price Foundation

“There are millions more adults who aren’t searching for ways to improve their arterial health. They incorrectly believe their arteries are healthy because their total cholesterol number is below 200. Adults with so-called healthy cholesterol numbers aren’t being told that as many adults experience a heart attack with a cholesterol count below 200 as over 300.” Bill Sardi

"I have never thought that the cholesterol theory of atherosclerosis was true. I heard about it for the first time in 1962 shortly after getting my MD. My biochemical knowledge was still intact at that time and I knew that cholesterol was one of the most important molecules in your body, indispensable for the building of your cells and for producing stress and sex hormones as well as vitamin D. The idea that cholesterol in the blood should kill us if its concentration is a little higher than normal, as they wrote in the Framingham paper, seemed to me just as silly as to claim that yellow fingers cause lung cancer.”   Doctor Uffe Ravnskov, MD, PhD

“Among the more than 20,000 patients who have come to my clinic, only four or five of them truly needed cholesterol-lowering drugs.”  Doctor Joseph Mercola

“Those with cholesterol levels of 180 were at twice the risk of hemorrhagic stroke as those with cholesterol at 230. Risk of thrombotic stroke was twice as likely at cholesterol levels of 280 than at 230. ” American Heart Association, Note these numbers give us a rough idea of "normal" cholesterol in the US. At 180 our blood vessels may not have enough cholesterol for strength and become subject to rupture; 280 is a marker for disease of some sort, possibly atherogenic, in our bodies.

“The cholesterol scare is big business for doctors, laboratories and drug companies.” Udo Erasmus

“Cutting out 50 mg of dietary cholesterol a day dropped the blood level of cholesterol by less than 1 point.” British Study

“An analysis of 120,000 men and women over a fourteen year period found eating as much as one egg per day did not raise the risk of coronary heart disease or stroke. Indeed eating eggs might benefit HDL and triglycerides.”  Harvard Study 1999 in JAMA, Note an egg contains about 230 mg of cholesterol

“If we do not take cholesterol-lowering drugs, most of us don’t have to worry about cholesterol. However, there are people whose bodies, for whatever reason, are unable to produce enough cholesterol. These people are prone to emotional instability and behavioral problems. Low blood cholesterol has been routinely recorded in criminals who have committed murder and other violent crimes, people with aggressive and violent personalities, people prone to suicide and people with aggressive social behavior and low self-control.” Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

“There are many herbal preparations on the market for adrenal exhaustion. However, the most important therapeutic measure is to provide your adrenal glands with plenty of dietary cholesterol.” Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

It has been recorded that people with high levels of cholesterol are protected from infections; they are four times less likely to contract AIDS, they rarely get common colds and they recover from infections more quickly than people with "normal" or low blood cholesterol.”  Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

“When comparing the Greenland Inuit and the Dutch, the former exhibit a significantly lower death rate from acute myocardial infarction despite only moderate differences in their blood cholesterol levels. This is because the Inuit's diet is high in fat and provides up to several grams of omega-3 fatty acid daily, primarily in the form of marine mammals, wildfowl and various fish.”   Doctor Michael Lam MD

“The all-cause death rate is higher in individuals with Cholesterol levels lower than 180 mg/dl than it is for those above this level.” Circulation 1992 86:3:1026-1029

Nearly 30 million prescriptions a year are written for cholesterol lowering drugs. The major problem is not a single long term study of these drugs has shown that they extend a persons life span. One of the reasons cholesterol lowering drugs may reduce your life span is that they are extremely toxic to your liver and they produce cancer.”   Murray & Pizzorno

“In a landmark study one group of healthy volunteers got 40% of their calories as the monounsaturated fat Olive oil a day. The other group ate regular safflower oil low in monounsaturates. The LDL of the monounsaturated fat olive oil eaters was only about half as likely to become oxidized and thus able to clog arteries.” Doctor Daniel Steinberg University of California

“At least six studies of older people have found that total mortality is inversely related to total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol or both. The higher your cholesterol the longer you live.” Doctor David G. Williams

“The Maasai eat mainly milk, blood and meat. According to the cholesterol theory they should have dangerously high blood levels of the lipid. But this is not the case! Maasai blood cholesterol levels are among the lowest in the world.”  Uffe Ravnskov, MD, PhD

"Awareness of the VAP test is important for anyone who wants to stop cardiovascular disease in its tracks, even before signs and symptoms manifest. The VAP test is performed just like a traditional cholesterol panel: a technician or nurse draws blood and submits it to a laboratory. At reasonable cost, the VAP test provides more information than routine cholesterol tests and expands on this data. The comprehensive information derived from the VAP test enables physicians to more accurately predict their patients’ risk of heart disease, and to customize more aggressive, patient-specific treatment plans."  Doctor Michael Ozner MD

First and foremost cholesterol is a vital component of every cell membrane on Earth. You cannot make estrogen, testosterone, cortisone, and a host of other vital hormones without cholesterol.”  Doctor Don Rosedale, MD, widely considered to be the leading anti-aging doctor in the United States

Numerous studies have supported the finding that eggs have virtually nothing to do with raising your cholesterol. For instance, research published in the International Journal of Cardiology showed that, in healthy adults, eating eggs every day did not produce: A negative effect on endothelial function, an aggregate measure of cardiac risk or An increase in cholesterol levels." Doctor Joseph Mercola

Sadly, as Americans cut out nutritious animal foods like eggs from their diets, they were left hungry. So they began eating more processed grains, more vegetable oils, and more high-fructose corn syrup, all of which are nutritional disasters. It is this latter type of diet that will actually lead to increased inflammation, and therefore cholesterol, in your body. So don’t let anyone scare you away from eggs (and other animal foods) anymore." Doctor Joseph Mercola

"Loma Linda University research just published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition compares the effects of walnuts and fatty fish in the fight against heart disease, demonstrating that in healthy individuals, walnuts lower cholesterol more than fish, while fatty fish lower triglycerides. Both can reduce the overall risk of coronary heart disease." Life Extension

"Interestingly, the body has no natural “cholesterol sensor” in the bloodstream—but it would if its levels had to be maintained within exact limits like sodium, calcium, and blood glucose levels."
   Brian Peskin PhD

"LDL cholesterol transports EFAs into your cells. Any drug that artificially lowers cholesterol ALSO lowers transport of cancer fighting EFAs and can increase your risk of contracting cancer!"    Brian Peskin PhD

"Finally, it is important to understand that the “bad cholesterol” theory and the proliferation of statin use are rarely examined in the context of the vast increase in metabolic diseases we have today. These have been termed “metabolic syndrome,” characterized by type 2 diabetes, obesity, and dyslipidemia. In healthy individuals, there is a balance of both pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines that maintain homeostasis. However, in individuals with such metabolic disorders this balance is upset, resulting in increases in the cyclo-oxygenase (COX) and lipoxygenase (LOX) enzymes, excessive proinflammatory cytokine production, and systemic inflammation leading to CAD and atherosclerosis. There is no doubt that Western diets, which feature physiologically improper protein:fat:carbohydrate ratios skewed toward problematic high carbohydrate intake, and supraphysiological omega-6:3 ratios (10:1 to 15:1), with significant nonfunctional LA from processed food, are responsible for this pathological situation." Brian Peskin PhD

"American teens with low levels of vitamin D in their blood were almost four times more likely to have metabolic syndrome, a cluster of heart disease risk factors such as high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol."  Jared Reis PhD

"Gerhard Spiteller, who has investigated EFAs and their degradation products—specifically, the influence of these substances in mammalian physiology—concluded that consumption of oxidized PUFA-cholesterol esters is responsible for the initial damage to endothelial cells and that cholesterol oxidation products are incorporated into LDL-C in the liver. LDL carries these toxic compounds into the endothelial walls where they cause cell damage, and thus injury is not caused by an increase in free cholesterol but by an increase in oxidized cholesterol esters."    Brian Peskin PhD, Note at last the proof cholesterol is innocent it is the cholesterol esterified with the denatured omega 6s that is a bad actor

"A new study found that drinking kale juice may be cholesterol's bane. The researchers gave 32 men 150 ml of kale juice daily for 12 weeks. At the end of the study, the juice increased their hard-to-raise HDL cholesterol by 27%. The HDL:LDL ratio improved by 52%. And it decreased their LDL by 10%. The atherogenic index, a measure of vascular risk, dropped by 24%."Doctor Robert Rowen MD, Note WOW! What is going on here IMO the kale is HEALING, lowering the need for cholesterol.

"Eggs do not significantly raise blood cholesterol levels when consumed as part of a healthy and conscientious diet. Better still they are a perfect protein source because they are rich in amino acids increasing your feelings of fullness so you don't overeat." Doctor Eric Braverman MD

"The researchers looked at 55 healthy men and women in their 60s. Overall, the study concluded that there was a significant link between dietary cholesterol and the increase in strength: Those with the higher cholesterol intake had the most muscle strength gain. What's more, the test subjects who were taking cholesterol-lowering drugs showed lower muscle gain than those who were not.”     Doctor William Douglass MD

"Oxysterols are the harmful oxidized form of cholesterol that can cause plaque to form on artery walls. Oxysterols are not only created by homocysteine, they are found in some processed foods like powered milk and eggs, re-heated lard and gelatin products. They are found in french fried potatoes, potato chips, donuts, and other deep fried food. When hamburgers and eggs are cooked at high heat they produce oxysterols. Cook your food at a lower flame to avoid these pro-oxidants."    Doctor Nan Fuchs PhD

"The Cholesterol is not the bad guy. I've said this for years. What's important is what your body does with the cholesterol. When cholesterol oxidizes, it promotes significant inflammation and is very atherogenic. LDL cholesterol is extremely vulnerable to oxidation."      Doctor Robert Rowen MD

"I consider a cholesterol level between 200 and 300 to be within the normal range. Only if it's above that level does it indicate that something is broken. And even then, elevated cholesterol levels are simply a sign, just like an elevated temperature is a sign, a protective measure against whatever is broken. Most people who've been to the doctor have had their cholesterol tested and re-tested to the point where it's absurd. If you listen to these "cholesterol cowboys," they soon turn your health into a numbers game, equating your well being with the number of your cholesterol level. Then they start prescribing you every cholesterol-lowering statin they can think of in the quest for the perfect number. The rest of your health? Well, it's just not that important."    Doctor William Douglass MD

"The study also found that cholesterol esters (chemically attached fatty acid structures) are the predominant lipid fraction in all plaque types, and that both cholesterol and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), in particular, abundant parent omega-6, may form oxidized derivatives that are toxic to most types of arterial cells. Most interesting is the conclusion that arterial plaque rupture, which can cause thrombosis and vessel occlusion and increase the potential for myocardial infarction and stroke, was significantly related to oxidation of the LA.”     Brian Peskin PhD, Excellent Article on Atherosclerosis , Note LA is omega 6

"The study in 1997 demonstrated that cholesterol esterified with nonfunctional linoleic acid (LA), the parent essential unsaturated omega-6 fatty acid (PEFA), was by far the most abundant component in plaque causing arterial stenosis. These pathophysiologic findings have been largely ignored because of the misguided popularity of the “bad saturated fat/cholesterol” theory, in which both saturated fat and cholesterol are portrayed as bad actors."  Brian Peskin PhD, Excellent Article on Atherosclerosis

"Cholesterol is essential for our immune system to function properly. Animal experiments and human studies have demonstrated that immune cells rely on cholesterol in fighting infections and repairing themselves after the fight. In addition, LDL-cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol), the so-called "bad" cholesterol, directly binds and inactivates dangerous bacterial toxins, preventing them from doing any damage in the body."       Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

"Another scientific fact is that cholesterol acts as an antioxidant in the body, dealing with free radical damage.5 Any wound in the body contains plenty of free radicals because the immune cells use these highly reactive molecules for destroying microbes and toxins. Excess free radicals have to be neutralized, and cholesterol is one of the natural substances that accomplishes this function."     Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

"Our stress hormones are made out of cholesterol in the body. Stressful situations increase our blood cholesterol levels because cholesterol is being sent to the adrenal glands for stress hormone production. Apart from that, when we are under stress, a storm of free radicals and other damaging biochemical reactions occur in the blood. So the liver works hard to produce and send out as much cholesterol as possible to deal with the free radical attack.”   Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

Cholesterol is required for YOUR life

“Dietary cholesterol contributes to the strength of the intestinal wall and helps babies and children develop a healthy brain and nervous system. Foods that contain cholesterol also provide many other important nutrients. Only oxidized cholesterol, found in powdered milk and eggs, contributes to heart disease. Powdered milk is added to 1% and 2% milk.”  Weston A. Price Foundation

“There are many herbal preparations on the market for adrenal exhaustion. However, the most important therapeutic measure is to provide your adrenal glands with plenty of dietary cholesterol.”    Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

“Of course, statins inhibit the production of cholesterol--they do this very well. Nowhere is the failing of our medical system more evident than in the wholesale acceptance of cholesterol reduction as a way to prevent disease--have all these doctors forgotten what they learned in biochemistry 101 about the many roles of cholesterol in the human biochemistry?” Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, PhD

Apart from ensuring that fat-soluble vitamins get digested and absorbed properly, cholesterol is the major building block of one of these vitamins: vitamin D. Vitamin D is made from the cholesterol in our skin when it is exposed to sunlight. In those times of the year when there isn’t much sunlight, we can get this vitamin from cholesterol-rich foods: cod liver oil, fish, shellfish, butter, lard and egg yolks. Our recent misguided fears of the sun and avoidance of cholesterol-rich foods have created an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency in the Western world.” Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

“Cholesterol is vital to proper neurological function. It plays a key role in the formation of memory and the uptake of hormones in the brain, including serotonin, the body’s feel-good chemical. When cholesterol levels drop too low, the serotonin receptors cannot work. Cholesterol is the main organic molecule in the brain, constituting over half the dry weight of the cerebral cortex.” Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, PhD

“Did this patient's health fail as a result of her new eating habits, or was it mere coincidence that her recent health decline followed the adoption of an extremely low-fat, low-cholesterol, low-animal-protein diet? I believe it was the latter and the scientific literature confirms my beliefs. The patient's reduction in cholesterol and total serum protein had made her vulnerable to bacterial and viral infection by promoting T-cell suppression. This is especially so in the presence of mercury, which has been shown to reduce resistance to viruses, cancer and autoimmune disease. Low levels of cholesterol also make T-cell proliferation more difficult and the excretion of mercury nearly impossible." Eric Davis DDS

Your liver manufactures cholesterol. You can also get cholesterol from animals or the animal products you ingest. Every cell in your body also has the ability to make its own cholesterol. That is how important cholesterol is to maintain a healthy body. In many cells, almost half of the cell membrane is made from cholesterol. Different kinds of cells in the body need different amounts of cholesterol, depending on their function and purpose. If the cell is part of a protective barrier, it will have a lot of cholesterol in it to make it strong, sturdy and resistant to any invasion. If a cell or an organelle inside the cell needs to be soft and fluid, it will have less cholesterol in its structure.

For most of us, lowering the amount of cholesterol we eat will not affect our cholesterol levels, as our livers will just produce more, if we need more. Your body produces the Cholesterol it requires based on MANY factors. For instance if you eat a lot of fat you will produce more of an agent that will help you digest this fat. That agent is Cholesterol which is used to create the fat digesting bile. If you eat a diet completely devoid of cholesterol your body will use the nutrients you eat to create cholesterol!

Cholesterol is one of Your Bodies Healing Agents

“The question is, why do some people have more cholesterol in their blood than others, and why can the same person have different levels of cholesterol at different times of the day? Why is our level of cholesterol different in different seasons of the year? In winter it goes up and in the summer it goes down. Why is it that blood cholesterol goes through the roof in people after any surgery? Why does blood cholesterol go up when we have an infection? Why does it go up after dental treatment? Why does it go up when we are under stress? And why does it become normal when we are relaxed and feel well? The answer to all these questions is this: cholesterol is a healing agent in the body. When the body has some healing jobs to do, it produces cholesterol and sends it to the site of the damage. Depending on the time of day, the weather, the season and our exposure to various environmental agents, the damage to various tissues in the body varies. As a result, the production of cholesterol in the body also varies.” Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

“Neurotoxins are transported throughout the body attached to protein components of lipoproteins, and therefore require cholesterol for their transport and elimination. These neurotoxins also have a strong affinity for lipoidal tissue of the nervous system and brain. A rise in cholesterol levels and triglycerides in response to neurotoxins protects by preventing permanent attachment of the neurotoxin to the nerve and brain cells. Symptoms of neurotoxicity are most likely to occur when the cholesterol is lowered suddenly or when the affected patient goes on a low-fat, low-cholesterol, low-protein diet.” Eric Davis, DDS

“The blood level of cholesterol usually remains normal, (that is, below 200 units) except when total stress produces blocks to the usual metabolic pathways in which cholesterol is used to make various healthy homeostatic (balancing) hormones. In general, under stress, testosterone, estrogen, and even thyroid hormones decrease while cholesterol increases.” Doctor Norman Shealy

“Cholesterol can act as an antioxidant if you have let your mineral and vitamin antioxidant levels fall too low. High levels of oxidized cholesterol are found in LDL and HDL transport packets when low levels of food antioxidants are present.” Udo Erasmus

“Cholesterol, produced by the liver, is another major antioxidant, which the body uses to repair damaged blood vessels. It is probably for this reason that serum cholesterol levels rise as people age. With age comes more free radical activity and in response the body produces more cholesterol to help contain and control the damage.” Stephen Byrnes

“The LDL in rats was lowered by giving them either a drug that prevents the liver from secreting lipoproteins, or a drug that increases their disappearance. In both models, injection of endotoxin was followed by a much higher mortality in the low-cholesterol rats compared with normal rats. The high mortality was not due to the drugs because, if the drug-treated animals were injected with lipoproteins just before the injection of endotoxin, their mortality was reduced to normal."   Feingold et al, Infection and Immunity 63, 2041-2046, 1995

"Sadly, as Americans cut out nutritious animal foods like eggs from their diets, they were left hungry. So they began eating more processed grains, more vegetable oils, and more high-fructose corn syrup, all of which are nutritional disasters. It is this latter type of diet that will actually lead to increased inflammation, and therefore cholesterol, in your body. So don’t let anyone scare you away from eggs (and other animal foods) anymore." Doctor Joseph Mercola, Note inflammation increases the cholesterol in your blood because your body is replacing the inflammation damaged cells which requires LOTS of cholesterol

"When we have surgery, our tissues are cut and many small arteries, veins and capillaries get damaged. The liver receives a very strong signal from this damage, so it floods the body with LDL-cholesterol to clean and heal every little wound in our blood vessels. That is why blood cholesterol goes high after any surgical procedure. After dental treatment, in addition to the damage to the tissues, a lot of bacteria from the tooth and the gums finish up in the blood, attacking the inside walls of our blood vessels. Once again, the liver gets a strong signal from that damage and produces lots of healing cholesterol to deal with it, so the blood cholesterol goes up.". Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

"Why does the liver send cholesterol to the site of the injury? Because the body cannot clear the infection, remove toxic elements or heal the wound without cholesterol and fats. Any healing involves the birth, growth and functioning of thousands of cells: immune cells, endothelial cells and many others. As these cells, to a considerable degree, are made out of cholesterol and fats, they cannot form and grow without a good supply of these substances. When the cells are damaged, they require cholesterol and fats to repair themselves. It is a scientific fact that any scar tissue in the body contains good amounts of cholesterol."    Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride MD

"In patients hospitalized with heart failure, lower total cholesterol levels independently predict increased in-hospital mortality risk."  This finding is huge. It clearly shows that cholesterol is protective, and that lowering cholesterol – which has become an absurd medical pastime – is patently dangerous for this fragile population. I have long said that a total cholesterol level of less than 150 is an invitation for trouble. For example, I've mentioned before that cholesterol is a necessary component of cell membranes and a raw material for the body's steroid hormones. However, something else I have only learned recently is that cholesterol appears to bind and detoxify endotoxins that enter the circulatory system via the gut.”     Doctor Steven Sinatra MD

Cholesterol is used by your body as a general purpose healing agent. Inflammation of many types requires your body to replace damaged cells with new ones. This requires cholesterol. Cholesterol is used to eliminate and protect against infection, trauma, neurotoxins and endotoxins. Your body has HUNDREDS of uses for cholesterol.

Cholesterol Elimination

Your body can only get rid of excess cholesterol thru your stool so you must assure good gastrointestinal health and a low bowel transit time or your cholesterol may be high because your body is unable to eliminate it. If you have little fiber in your diet and a bowel transit time (See Bowel Transit Time Protocol) of many days up to 95% of the cholesterol passing thru your colon can be resorbed back into your body. Low fiber diets can increase cholesterol levels.

Cholesterol is Required for Hundreds of Body Functions

“Cholesterol is vital to proper neurological function. It plays a key role in the formation of memory and the uptake of hormones in the brain, including serotonin, the body’s feel-good chemical. When cholesterol levels drop too low, the serotonin receptors cannot work. Cholesterol is the main organic molecule in the brain, constituting over half the dry weight of the cerebral cortex.” Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, PhD

You require cholesterol for many vital functions. Cholesterol is required to produce vitamin D, steroid and sex hormones; for healthy cell membranes, skin, digestion and central nervous system. Your body transports cholesterol by putting it in a packet. LDL is the Low-Density Lipoprotein packet your body uses to distribute recently obtained EFAs (See EFA Protocol) other fats and cholesterol. Your HDL (See HDL Protocol) packets move expended cholesterol and other lipids to your liver for disposition. A high HDL level will tend to keep your risk of heart disease low. As you see when examining the LDL protocol Oxidized LDL is a problem and we must keep our antioxidant levels high to prevent this. But please remember ANYTHING OXIDIZED is a problem. Our constant job is to make sure NOTHING in our body except the bad guys oxidizes. Our body does use oxidation as a highly targeted tool to kill pathogens.

Low Cholesterol Dangers

ie. Below 200 Total Cholesterol with 50 HDL

  • Raises your Risk of Death for those over 60

  • Can make CVD worse

  • Can trigger Hemorrhagic Stroke

  • Can Raise Your Cancer Risk

  • Impairs Brain Function

  • Lowers Your Bodies Total ORAC load

  • Memory Loss

  • Slower Healing

  • Linked to Depression

  • Linked to Suicide

  • Linked to Alzheimer's

  • Linked to Aggression

  • Raises Your Risk of Infection including flu

  • Raises Your Risk of early death from AIDS

  • Raises Your Neurotoxin and Endotoxin loads

  • Lowers Your Immune System Function including defense against AIDS

  • Lowers Your Stress overload Threshold

  • Can Reduce Your Sex Drive and Capacity

Cholesterol and AIDS

“The MRFIT study included more than 300,000 young and middle-aged men.16 years after the first cholesterol analysis the number of men whose cholesterol was lower than 160 and who had died from AIDS was four times higher than the number of men who had died from AIDS with a cholesterol above 240."  Neaton et al, AIDS 11, 929–930, 1997

It has been recorded that people with high levels of cholesterol are protected from infections; they are four times less likely to contract AIDS, they rarely get common colds and they recover from infections more quickly than people with "normal" or low blood cholesterol.”    Doctor Natasha Campbell-McBride, MD

Please be aware that cholesterol plays an important part in the AIDS (See AIDS Protection Protocol) method of action IMO. The method mycoplasma a co-factor in AIDS, uses to weaken your immune system is to exhaust your cholesterol stores leading to endocrine disruption.  A low cholesterol level advances the AIDS timeframe from attack to immuno-compromised extreme sickness and death.
