Chicken Protocol

   

FDA Allowing Too Much Arsenic in Chicken Feed; Please Eat Organic Chicken

     

 

"This study makes it clear that if you are going to eat a diet rich in animal protein, you need to base it on healthy animal protein, the way God made it. If you eat beef, then it should be grass-fed beef or other grass-fed animals. Grass is a leafy green that has plenty of omega-3 in it that the animal can absorb. If you eat chicken, it should be organic, free-range chicken. And if you eat fish, it should be wild fish that swim with scales (no shellfish). I prefer Alaskan wild salmon. Undenatured Type II Collagen, Chicken, Arthritis and Auto-Immune Disease

Undenatured type II collagen can be found in chicken collagen, chicken soup, bone broths or expensive supplements. Apparently the chicken and other bone soups I have been eating for decades have helped save me from arthritis.

IMO the most important part of the Chicken is the collagen (See Collagen Protocol) chicken bones and gristle surrounding the joints, make sure to eat this.  When eating chicken on the bone pay special attention at gnawing off the cartilage around the breast bone and the ends of the bones, being careful of bone shards of course. Many carnivores will break the bones and extract the marrow. We too are part time carnivores. If you eat the chicken not as a soup freeze and save the bones for your next bone soup (See Bone Soup Protocol).

FDA Allowing Arsenic in Chicken Feed

“The FDA has now finally admitted that chicken meat sold in the USA contains arsenic, a cancer-causing toxic chemical that's fatal in high doses. But the real story is where this arsenic comes from: It's added to the chicken feed on purpose!”   Arsenic added to chicken feed on purpose!

Folks you are going to be eating Arsenic along with your commercial chicken. Please learn how to detoxify this Arsenic. I have been eating only organic chicken for some time; too much risk.

    

ARSENIC DETOXIFICATION THERAPY

"Arsenic must be methylated using methyl donors such as SAMe, trimethylglycine, dimethylglycine, methionine, etc.  Some arsenic is bound to sulfur groups such as glutathione and excreted in the urine or bile."   ARSENIC DETOXIFICATION THERAPY

Since the FDA has, criminally IMO, allowed the commercial chicken producers to add relatively large amounts of arsenic to chicken feed we are at risk from this poison when we eat chicken and eggs. Making sure your methylation detoxification process is working well and you have enough methyl donors, such as TMG and SAMe, is important to rid your body of this arsenic. Just another reason to eat organic free range meat.

Spirulina is an important detoxifier for acute amounts of arsenic.
