Your Thyroid, Cooking and Cabbage

You should lightly cook cabbage (See Cruciferous Vegetables Protocol) to avoid messing with your thyroid (See Thyroid Protection Protocol) but once in a while if you can get fresh picked cabbage it almost seems a shame to cook ALL of it. Since I have become quite effective at treating my thyroid well I often do not cook my cabbage at all.
