Arrhythmia Protection Protocol

    

"Long-term consumption of fish is associated with lower QT interval in free-eating people without any evidence of cardiovascular disease. Thus, fish intake seems to provide anti-arrhythmic protection at a population level."  Chrysohoou C, et al. American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

“Active treatment with the multivitamin/essential nutrient and drug combination over a six-month period was significantly more effective in reducing clinically apparent symptoms of arrhythmia in patients than standard drug regimens alone.” Doctor Matthias Rath MD et al

“Research indicates 3 servings of omega-3-rich fish, such as salmon, sardines, cod, halibut or tuna, each week confers significant protection against sudden death from a heart attack.” University of Athens

“ A study tracking 1822 men over 30 years found that those who ate the most fish, over an ounce per day, cut their risk of cardiovascular disease by over 40% and their risk of heart attack by about half.” Northwestern University Medical School

“A major component of olive leaf, oleuropein, has been shown to have antioxidant properties (1).  An animal study indicated that the hypoglycemic effect of olive leaf extract can induce insulin release and improve peripheral uptake of glucose(2). Extracts of the leaf have strong antimicrobial properties (3) as well as potential anti-HIV properties (4). "At one event I was surprised to see a thin young man collapse to the ground just yards from our emergency aid station. His heart continued to violently race, as we put an oxygen mask over his blue lips. Another runner in his 20’s made it to our station but had to kneel down to wait for emergency assistance. He was weak, dizzy and frightened, with a dangerously irregular heartbeat.”   Doctor Al Sears MD. Note these symptoms are almost certainly an indication of very low or exhausted magnesium levels. If you run, or if you do not run assure ALL your mineral needs and protect against sodium exhaustion.

    

I am not a doctor and I have no training in formal medicine (See Preventive Medicine Protocol) but I have learned the following first hand about Arrhythmia.

Magnesium (See Magnesium Protocol) and calcium (See Calcium Protocol) are critical for your heart. Try to get as much magnesium as calcium. Most of us get plenty of calcium and TOO little magnesium.

     

Effectiveness of Oral Magnesium in a Patient With Ventricular Tachycardia Due to Hypomagnesemia     

                                                                                                                                   

Too much manganese (See Manganese Protocol) can exclude magnesium from your heart causing Arrhythmia. Excess calcium also can serve as a cardiac irritant and can lead to cardiac arrhythmias. Fish rich in omega 3 EFA protect the heart muscle from Arrhythmia and cardiac arrest.

The following have been proven to often help with Arrhythmia problems. As they are all extremely salubrious it’s probably a good idea for all of us to include them in our lives.

IMO it is apparent that MUCH of arrhythmia is nothing but a shortage of the critical Omega fatty acids. Fish  and fish oil are a great way to get these Omega fatty acids.
